By registering for or participating in the Growth & Scale Summit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our services in any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations.

3. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Growth & Scale Summit, including videos, worksheets, and materials, are the intellectual property of SS Coaching LLC and are protected by copyright laws.

4. Payment Terms

All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your order.

5. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for information about refunds and cancellations.

6. Affiliate Program Terms

Commission Structure

• Affiliates earn 50% commission on all qualifying sales
• Cookie duration: 45 days from first click
• Minimum payout threshold: $50
• Payments processed monthly via PayPal or bank transfer

Commission Hold & Clawback Policy

• Commissions are held during the applicable refund period for each product
• VIP commissions released 8 days after summit conclusion
• Implementation commissions released 3 days after session completion
• DFY commissions released 31 days after final coaching session
• Refunded sales result in commission reversal/clawback
• Fraudulent activity results in immediate account termination and commission forfeiture

Affiliate Responsibilities

• Comply with FTC disclosure requirements
• Use only approved promotional materials
• No spam, misleading claims, or trademark violations
• No direct paid search on branded terms
• No incentivized traffic or fake accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

SS Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
