1. Be Respectful and Professional
- Treat all community members with respect and kindness
- Use appropriate language and tone in all communications

- Apologize when you make mistakes
2. Contribute Positively
- Share valuable insights, experiences, and resources
- Ask thoughtful questions that benefit the community
- Provide helpful answers when you can assist others
- Celebrate the wins and successes of fellow members
- Offer encouragement during challenges
- Stay on topic in designated discussion areas
3. Protect Privacy and Confidentiality
- Do not share others' personal information without permission
- Respect the confidentiality of community discussions
- What happens in the community stays in the community
- Do not screenshot or record private conversations without consent
- Be mindful when sharing your own personal information
4. Honor Intellectual Property
- Do not share, distribute, or sell course materials outside the community
- Respect copyright and trademarks
- Give credit when sharing others' ideas or content
- Do not record or redistribute summit recordings
- Do not copy or plagiarize other members' work
5. Engage Authentically
- Use your real name or a consistent username
- Be genuine in your interactions
- Share authentic experiences, not fabricated stories
- Disclose conflicts of interest or affiliations when relevant
- Don't create multiple accounts or impersonate others
6. Practice Good Communication
- Write clearly and check for understanding
- Use proper formatting for readability
- Stay on topic within threads
- Search before posting duplicate questions
- Respond thoughtfully, not reactively
- Take heated discussions to private messages when appropriate
PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR
Zero Tolerance - Immediate Removal
The following behaviors will result in immediate removal from the community without warning:
- Harassment or Bullying: Any form of harassment, intimidation, threats, or bullying
- Hate Speech: Discriminatory language based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Illegal Activity: Promoting, encouraging, or engaging in illegal activities
- Sexual Content: Sharing explicit sexual content or making unwanted sexual advances
- Violence: Threats of violence or encouraging harm to others
- Doxxing: Sharing others' private information without consent
- Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else, including SS Coaching staff
Strictly Prohibited - Warning or Removal
These behaviors may result in warnings or removal depending on severity.
